Why Named as “HoRenSo「報・連・相」Consulting”

Most Japanese companies operating in India invest significantly in developing interpersonal and technical skills among their employees, and promoting Japanese business practices such as Kaizen, Total Quality Management, 5S, 3G, etc., at their India offices and manufacturing units.

However, due to a lack of understanding about how to communicate in the Japanese business environment, very few Indian employees can correctly understand and effectively apply Kaizen, Total Quality Management, 5S, and 3G at their workplace.

Additionally, in a country like India, where languages and communication styles vary by region and culture, adopting a uniform communication practice, such as “HoRenSo”, can help employees communicate and collaborate more effectively with one another and better understand and meet the expectations of Japanese management.

We therefore named our company HoRenSo「報・連・相」Consulting, and committed to promoting “HoRenSo” and other key Japanese business practices, as well as developing a professional environment that helps both existing and new Japanese companies operate more comfortably in the Indian market.

Our Mission

India and Japan hold immense potential for collaboration across a wide range of sectors. Yet, despite strong governmental support and genuine interest from both sides, differences in work styles, business practices, and traditional values often create barriers that limit meaningful cooperation and business growth.

He is a seasoned Japanese bilingual professional with over 20 years of experience in managing India-Japan related projects, supporting Japanese clients, and developing employees and expats from both countries

Throughout his career, he has supported several Japanese organisations across industries and managed their b2b projects and cultural integration programs. His expertise spans cross-cultural communication, team building, and managerial skills training programs for several leading Japanese companies in India.

               

Over the past two decades, he visited hundreds of Japanese companies in India, the U.K., and the UAE, collaborated with their Japanese headquarters leadership, and worked closely with their key stakeholders in India, Japan and other countries.

His deep intercultural insight, hands-on experience, and commitment to bridging cultural divides form the cornerstone of HoRenSo Consulting’s vision to help Japanese organisations and their local employees and expats collaborate seamlessly and make meaningful contributions to organisational growth
